The process to cancel your account is as follows:
Make a redemption request in the HappyNest application for your account's full value.
Share redemption requests are evaluated by the REIT Board quarterly on the final day of March, June, September, and December.
If each of your deposits has met the minimum lockout period of 6-months and the REIT board approves the redemption request, you will receive the approved funds in your HappyNest linked bank account within 30 days of the approved redemption.
At that point, send a request to [email protected] with the subject "Close Account".
Please keep in mind; the redemption may be subject to a penalty as outlined in our share repurchase program. Our charter provides that we may not repurchase shares of our common stock if such repurchase would materially impair our capital or operations as determined by our board of directors. Further, the HappyNest Board reserves the right to decline any request for share repurchase for any reason or to amend, suspend or terminate the share repurchase program at any time upon no less than 30 days' prior written notice.
